Sunshine Bay Residence
The license is non-exclusive
You get limited streams, downloads, radio plays, and video views.
If you pass those limits, you must upgrade or pay 20% of new earnings.
You cannot register the beat or song in Content ID.
Publishing is 50% producer / 50% artist (songwriting split).
If you remake the song with a new beat, producer still keeps 50% publishing.
All sales are final — no refunds on digital downloads.
You must credit the producer as: “Produced by {PRODUCER_ALIAS}”.
If you break the rules and don’t fix it within 5 days, the producer can request DMCA takedowns.
